Avegno, Bailey, & Associates, Inc. was originally established in 1962 as Neill Jeffrey and Associates. In 1972 the firm was expanded with the acquisition of the staff and accounts of Arlie E. Ogle and Associates (established originally in 1958 as Ogle, Rosenbohm and Associates).
In January of 1982, Mr. Jeffrey stepped down from active management of the firm. At that time the name was changed to Jeffrey, Thomas, Avegno, Inc. and Ronald Thomas and Ashton Avegno took over the administrative duties of the firm. Mr. Jeffrey remained associated with the firm as a staff consultant until his death June 14, 1998.
In 2001 Mr. Thomas retired and Mr. Michael Bailey joined the firm. In 2006 Mr. Bailey was made a principal and the firm name was changed to Avegno, Bailey, & Associates, Inc.
In January, 2009, Mr. Avegno semi-retired, and Mr. Bailey took over management of the firm .
In August, 2011 Avegno, Bailey, & Associates, formed a strategic Alliance with Kyle Associates, L.L.C.
